Fluorous tagging: an enabling isolation technique for indium-mediated allylation reactions in water.

چکیده
An efficient method was developed to allylate aldehydes using an aqueous indium-mediated allylation reaction with fluorous-tagged allyl halides, and to directly purify the products by fluorous solid phase extraction (F-SPE).

A sequential indium-mediated aldehyde allylation/palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction in the synthesis of 2-deoxy-beta-C-aryl glycosides.
Indium-mediated allylation of aldehydes with 2-chloro-3-iodopropene, followed by a palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction with triarylindium reagents or arylboronic acids, leads to aryl-substituted homoallylic alcohols in good to excellent yields and diastereoselectivities. The products obtained from reactions conducted with d-glyceraldehyde acetonide can be transformed into 2-deoxy-beta-C...
متن کاملIndium mediated allylation in peptide and protein functionalization.
Indium-mediated allylation has been used in the site-selective functionalization of N-terminal aldehydes of peptides and proteins. This is the first demonstration of indium-mediated C-C bond formation in protein labelling studies under mild and environmentally friendly conditions.
